Purpose of the Position:

The Principal Research Scientist VI will research, plan, and implement new and existing research portfolios in scientific and engineering areas. Assist with proposals, documentation and reporting. Provide expertise and guidance in new areas.

Duties/Responsibilities

• Research, plan, and implement new and existing research portfolios in scientific and engineering areas
• Provide expertise and guidance in new areas.
Minimum Requirements:

• Ph.D. in Science or Engineering or equivalent combination of education and years of experience
• 8-9.5 years of full-time verifiable senior-level work experience
• Must have knowledge of or be involved in the Scientific and Engineering area
Desired Qualifications:

• Ph.D. in Science or Engineering is preferred
• Prior experience in proposal writing and project management is desired
• Senior-level position in a similar education research organization is preferred
Published Salary (if available):

$73.34 - $98.99 (FTE=$152,543 - $205,899)
