Tutor Coordinator Alabama
The Tutor Coordinator is responsible, alongside the fellow Tutor Coordinator, for supporting the coordination and administration of the Student Success Center Tutoring Programs, which include content tutoring, writing tutoring, drop-in tutoring, and academic coaching. This position will focus primarily on coordinating writing tutoring, academic coaching, and initiatives. The position will also assist with hiring, training, recruiting, assessing, and supervising tutors and academic coaches for all Tutoring Programs. Other responsibilities of the Tutor Coordinator will be managing daily operations and ensuring accurate data collection and assessment of the Tutoring Programs.

Additionally, the IMPACT Project Office provides a broad user perspective as to how NASA Earth science data and information are represented and communicated. The IMPACT project fosters cross-community collaborations in order to improve all phases of the Earth science data life cycle, including processes, policies, engineering, and information communication.

The Assistant Director of Operations, Early Learning Center (ELC) will work closely with and serve as the operational lead for the Rise and state-funded Pre-K classrooms, providing training and coaching on matters of licensing, orientation, and daily operations in accordance with ELC and university policies, procedures and guidelines, Alabama state licensing requirements, and NAEYC accreditation standards. Operations Manager, Building Services Alabama
The Operations Manager, Building Services assists the Director of Building Services (Director) with the following: • directing all daily activities related to the custodial functions of the university, including basic custodial operations, training, purchase of supplies and equipment, solid waste removal, management of human resources, budgets, procurement of supplies, window cleaning, pest control services, etc. • strategizing, analyzing, developing, resourcing, managing, improving, measuring, and reporting all functions related to custodial services including staff and contractors; • maintaining buildings and surrounding areas in a clean, orderly, safe, and secure condition to enhance the image and learning environment for the campus community; • employee may work some afternoon/evening shifts and weekends as needed to oversee in-house service, contracted services, and special projects. This employee will spend the majority of their time in the field assisting with daily operations for all custodial and building services provided by Facilities and Operations. The employee's duties will be performed full-time (Monday-Friday, 10:00 AM - 6:45 PM). The employee may work some afternoons/evenings and weekends as needed.
