Senior Records Coordinator (Transfer Evaluation) Alabama
The Office of the Registrar is seeking a Senior Records Coordinator (transfer evaluation) to provide a timely, accurate, and consistent evaluation of all college coursework transferred into UAH from other institutions. This position will manage the Banner transfer articulation module, TES platform, and Degree Works Transfer Equivalency to facilitate consistency, accuracy, and efficiency for awarding transfer credit university-wide. This position will be responsible for coordinating timelines, communication tracking, and analyzing and providing data and reports for transfer credit processing. This position also evaluates transcripts and test scores from in-state, private, out-of-state, and credential evaluated international transcripts as well as credit by examination reports (AP/IB/CLEP/ACE).
Career Coordinator I Alabama
The Career Coordinator I will assist in the career development program's logistical and operational aspects, including campus-based outreach activities and career coaching with students and alumni. The coordinator also assists in the identification of both experiential learning opportunities and permanent degree positions for students and alumni.
Resource Manager Alabama

Supervisor, Maintenance Alabama
The employee is a key member of the UAH Facilities and Operations department, which is responsible for the planning, design, construction, renovation, maintenance, and repair of each of the university’s 90+ buildings and 500 acres. Under the general direction of the Assistant Director of Facilities Maintenance, the employee provides oversight for the preventive maintenance, repair, and minor renovations of all Education & General (E&G) properties. He also provides leadership for service orders for small construction and/or alterations to existing facilities. He coordinates the activities of a multi-craft technical workforce; organizes workflow; arranges logistical support for facility repair projects; and inspects work for quality. He/she shall have some budgetary responsibility and record-keeping duties.
Coordinator for Student Engagement Alabama
The Coordinator for Student Engagement is responsible for visioning, developing, implementing, coordinating, and evaluating all areas within Registered Student Organizations (RSOs) and the Student Programming Board (ACE). This position must maintain regular office hours on campus that may or may not match standard business hours. Flexible scheduling is necessary for this position to provide supervision of activities and events taking place in evenings and on weekends.
