Principal Research Engineer VII, S3 Alabama
The Principal Research Engineer will provide leadership, perform research, manage, and support the design, development, testing and analyses of RF technology development, conducting research in advanced antennas, electronics and signal processing algorithms for seekers/sensors and ground-based radar applications. Lab experimentation in system design, antenna measurement, hardware in the loop and guiding lab personnel, researchers, faculty, technicians and graduate and undergraduate students in research and testing of systems.

The Computer Scientist will support the IMPACT Project Office at NASA's Marshall Space Flight Center (MSFC) within the Lab for Applied Science (LAS) under the Earth System Science Center. NASA's IMPACT Project Office monitors trends and progressions across the informatics, data science, and information technology communities in order to inform strategy and develop effective solutions for Earth science data management and dissemination. Custodian Alabama
The Custodian is a key member of the UAH Facilities & Operations department, which is responsible for the planning, design, construction, renovation, maintenance, and repair of each of the University’s 90+ buildings and 500 acres. As a Custodian, the employee's primary responsibility is to maintain the cleanliness of the University's buildings. The employee’s duties will be performed full-time within the first shift hours (5:00 AM - 1:45 PM).
