CRM Administrator is a member of the professional Admissions team that manages all enrollment information systems to support the enrollment goals of the university. This position enables all admissions employees to effectively recruit and communicate with prospective students by managing the CRM system, providing end-user training, completing software maintenance/upgrades, and reporting.

Duties/Responsibilities
• Supervise manage and further develop the CRM software suite utilization, maintenance, security, and reporting.
• Fully support and play an active role in all phases of enrollment management effort.
• Plans strategically for internal operations by reviewing workflows, productivity, and incoming files.
• Act as a general problem solver for technical issues and errors for Admissions.
• Supervise a student processing team and provide direction, training, and follow up.
• Manage, and coordinate the transfer of permanent student information from CRM to Banner.
• Responsible for all term openings, closures, data imports, web front end, and application maintenance and data cleansing activities necessary to ensure correct data is received.
• Manage and coordinate the onboarding of new CRM software and training of all end-users.
• Serve as liaison for all campus departments using Admissions software or requesting data from Admissions software.
• Manage Admissions relationships with support organizations throughout campus. including but not limited to OIT.
• Responsible for communication with OIT regarding CRM/Banner integration programs (BRIM/BEP/other) and issues and ideas for improvement of CRM, web application, and other CRM and Banner-related processes.
• Responsible for communication with CRM and other IT vendors regarding system upgrades, maintenance, and resolving system issues and errors.
• Evaluate digital recruitment strategies and research software and technology-related applications that will aid and assist in the student recruitment effort.
• Serve as point of contact for technology-related vendors. Manage all technology selections, current products, and inventory that are currently used by Admissions.
• Manage and provide support in collaboration with the management of the admissions application review process, including the analysis of high school and college transcripts, computation of GPAs, and reviewing of official test scores and other supplemental items for decisions.
• Manages all admission letter generation and updates within Banner and application information within the CRM.
• Requests, analyzes, interprets, and reports on admissions data while maintaining and monitoring data integrity.
• Responsible for report generation as requested by the administration.
• Provide support as needed with outside recruitment efforts and attend recruitment-related events on and off campus.
• Perform other duties as assigned

Minimum Requirements:

• Bachelor's degree, 3-5 years of full-time verifiable work experience (to include 1 year of database management and Customer Relationship Management (CRM) experience or an equivalent combination of education and years of experience
• Must be proficient with Microsoft Office Suite
• Must have excellent verbal and written communication skills

Desired Qualifications:

• Master’s degree is preferred
• Experience with Recruit CRM is desired
• Direct knowledge of Banner or other enterprise resource planners (ERP) is preferred
• Systems background experience is desired
• HTML experience is preferred
• Experience in a university setting is desired
