Purpose of the Position:

The Research Engineer I will provide entry-level mechanical engineering support to the RENEGADE activity at Redstone Arsenal, AL.

Duties/Responsibilities
• Provide support in a variety of modeling and software development formats, to include AutoCAD, SolidWorks, Solid •
Edge, Fusion 360, MATLAB, Python, and Patran.
• Mentor undergraduate students in areas of ePDM management and support.
Minimum Requirements:

• Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering
• 0 + months directly related full-time work experience.
• Knowledge of AutoCAD, SolidWorks and Solid Edge.
Desired Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering
• 6 + months directly related full-time work experience is preferred.
• Knowledge of Python and Patran is desired.
