This role serves as the central point of coordination for system testing and cutover planning, ensuring that testing activities are structured, comprehensive, and aligned to program milestones, while go-live readiness activities are carefully orchestrated across functional, technical, integration, data conversion, and change management workstreams.
The Testing & Cutover Coordinator will work closely with the ERP implementation partner, project leadership, business process owners, technical teams, and campus stakeholders to ensure testing execution is successful, issues are managed appropriately, and the transition to production is executed in a controlled and coordinated manner.

Go-Live Readiness & Stakeholder Coordination:
• Partner with Change Management and project leadership to assess organizational readiness for go-live. • Coordinate readiness checkpoints across technical, business, operational, and support teams. • Track readiness criteria and ensure risks or unresolved dependencies are visible to leadership. • Support coordination of hypercare transition planning and operational handoff activities.
