Purpose of the Position:

The Principal Research Scientist will provide senior-level management and leadership support to the Army SMDC in revenue forecasting, labor planning, resource allocation, and indirect cost control.

Duties/Responsibilities
Provide senior-level management and leadership support to the Army SMDC in revenue forecasting, labor planning, resource allocation, and indirect cost control.
Direct full program lifecycle activities, including capture transition, planning, execution, and sustainment support
Lead matrixed organizations consisting of program management, engineering, logistics, operations, contracts, procurement, finance, and subcontract management supporting mission-critical Army operations, and operational delivery across concurrent defense programs.
US Citizenship required.

Minimum Requirements:

 

Ph.D. (or professional equivalent) with 162+ months (13.5 years) of full-time work experience.
5+ years as executive/program director with oversight of major ($50M+) business budgets. In-depth knowledge of SMDC financial management, labor planning, and resource allocation.

 

Desired Qualifications:

 

Ph.D. (or professional equivalent) with 180+ months (15+ years) of full-time work experience.
7+ years as executive/program director with oversight of major ($50M+) business budgets. Army portfolio management and operations.

 

Published Salary (if available):

$231,551 - $285,021
