Resource planning and execution for major military system initiatives. Desired Qualifications: Ph.D. (or professional equivalent) with 120+ months (10+ years) of full-time work experience.12+ years supporting the Army in the areas of financial analysis and budget analytics/execution. Knowledge of Army funds control, execution tracking and reconciliation.
