Purpose of the Position:

Seeking an experienced professional with over 10 years of military and technical background. The role involves leading teams in the design, development, and delivery of reconfigurable training and simulation systems, including architecture and support of the A reconfigurable trainers for integrated mission command and control. The candidate will manage project schedules, budgets, and reporting, oversee infrastructure development, and ensure readiness of classified/unclassified systems across CONUS and OCONUS environments.

Duties/Responsibilities

Program and Project Leadership
• Lead teams, in the design, development, and delivery of reconfigurable training and simulation systems
• Manage proposals, schedules, budgets, and prepare reports and demonstrations for senior leadership

Technical and Operational Expertise
• Provide technical leadership in system architecture, operations, and infrastructure development
• Oversee fielding, sustainment, and readiness of classified/unclassified systems and tactical devices

Mission Support and Security
• Support deployment of solutions across CONUS and OCONUS environments
Maintain approved access to Redstone Arsenal facilities and an active Secret clearance

• Serve as a subject matter expert and apply expertise in systems integration and cross-functional leadership to support evolving program needs
• Contribute to workforce development and continuous process improvement efforts

Minimum Requirements:

• Master's degree preferably in Science, Engineering or Business with 108 - 114 months (9 - 9.5 years) of full-time work experience, or an equivalent combination of education and years of experience
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and related software
• US citizenship is required

Desired Qualifications:

• Master's degree preferred
• Specialized expertise in DoD aviation training devices
• 10+ years of professional and military experience
• Proven record leading teams in design, development, and delivery of reconfigurable
training/simulation systems
• System architecture and project management
• Operations and infrastructure development
• Experience deploying solutions CONUS and OCONUS
• Managing tactical device fielding and ensuring readiness of classified/unclassified
systems
• Supervision of technical teams
• Expertise in systems integration and infrastructure
• Cross-functional leadership
• Approved Redstone Arsenal access
• Active Secret clearance

Published Salary (if available):

$117,771 - $121,000
