Purpose of the Position:

The Postdoctoral Research Assistant will perform comprehensive research and analysis. The incumbent will also work with programming, write papers for various publications, and mentor students.

Duties/Responsibilities
• Perform comprehensive research and analysis.
• Perform testing and analysis of large-area detectors.
• Perform FPGA programming to include Verilog.
• Prepare and generate reports as assigned.
• Write various papers for publication.
• Mentor students.
• Participate in special projects.
• Perform other duties as assigned
Minimum Requirements:

• Ph.d. degree in Physics or a related field
• 24-30 months (2 - 2.5) of full-time work experience
• Knowledge of MS Office Suite
Desired Qualifications:

Experience in FPGA programming is preferred
Published Salary (if available):

$52,216 - $55,000
